WHO: Daenerys and Ubbe
WHEN: June
WHAT: Sailing!
WHERE: Ubbe's ship
WARNINGS: Nothing so far, but will update
Silver hair whipped at her back, a tangled mess, slightly damp from the sea spray. Her face was upturned towards the sky, her eyes shut as she let the sensation of every wave and every bump of water roll over her. She could imagine herself back in Essos, perhaps living the life she always imagined. Having run from her duties, becoming a sailor, working for her pay and earning callouses on her hand.
The image of this place wasn't disappointing. For one thing, her companion was more trustworthy than Daario and far more considerate than she imagined. He let her help, patiently teaching her how to tie the riggings and manning the sails. She wasn't an idle passenger, but his crew, something that gave her a great deal of pride.
The view of the vast horizon was overwhelming, making her feel so small in this world. But where there had been blue skies before, now there were large clouds looming over them, dark and foreboding. She could see flashes of lightning, buried deep within the clouds.
"It seems there is a storm coming soon." She called over to Ubbe.
