"Well that's good!" If it's deception he's eager to avoid, he couldn't have run into a better opposite. Sora has never had much cause to learn subtlety, much less how to tell a good lie. More often than not his troubles come from his own earnestness, his own tendency to tip his hand- to ask for help.

"At least I'm not the only one." And too his credit, he does look a little relieved.
