Note: Feel free to catch her walking towards Gazin, in town before the storm or the next day when she can be found wandering around, trying to take the reality in of how she got there. As well as how it had managed to bring in a younger version of her father. And her dead Aunt.

ARRIVAL - INN

Despite the jarring way it all happens, one wouldn't know by looking at Arya Stark's face upon entering Gazin that she's not from the kingdom, nor of the World she has recently arrived in. It makes it easier to walk among the people and glean information that she pretends to already know, leaving those people none the wiser that she is yet another one pulled in by some force unseen.

The only problem is that Arya doesn't know it either.

After hearing a man speak the name of the town in a discussion with another, and seeing signs that confirm it, Arya knows she isn't in Westeros. Not after Septa Mordane drilled every House and where it was in Westeros into her and Sansa's heads, which was the case for every young lady who would be coming to the age of being married in order to unite Houses. Gazin is nowhere she knows of.

And then there was the question of how she got there without remembering the travel.

The answers wouldn't come themselves so Arya made a decision to try and find what she could before nightfall and then head to a tavern where maybe there were merchants or wanderers discussing their travel routes. Unfortunately, the skies open up and chase all the citizens into their homes.

So, Arya stands inside the main door of the inn, looking around before asking the keeper if there was a place she could go until the rain stopped outside. The older man looks her over, then gestures to the tavern door.

Day of storm

Passing the gates of Gazin, Geralt and Roach return after being gone for several weeks. Luckily, he's landed some good-paying jobs while he's been away and while the healing cut on his forehead might suggest he worked hard for his gold, the Witcher had seen some new places that made it all worth it.

As he dismounts, the medallion around his neck begins to thrum against his chest, a sign that magic or monster is nearby. Immediately, amber eyes scan the area around him and pick out a woman that he has never seen before, which should not have been too disconcerting considering the consistent addition of new faces. Hers was different though. She was different. Only Geralt could not put his finger on why.

So, he follows her for a short time before she vanishes out of thin air. By the time he gets back to the inn and reconnects with some familiar faces, the woman is all but forgotten.

[Ramblin' Man]

It has been some time since Jon has had the opportunity to just enjoy the feeling and solitude of vast open spaces. First in the areas around Winterfell, and then later north of the Wall. The first time he'd felt truly at home was beyond the Wall, though that had been more because of the people than because of the landscape itself.

He has some time now, and the arrangements have been made. Originally he had planned to do some exploring with another person, one he hasn't seen around in days. Just because she's gone doesn't mean the original plan doesn't stand, though. So here he is, with the supplies he needs for camping away from home for a couple of days. Those supplies consist mainly of himself, his horse, a bedroll, a water skin, a knife, and his sword (he's heard stories). Some food can be hunted or trapped, the rest is tucked in his pack. Firewood can also be gathered.

At the end of the first day, once it starts growing dark, anyone else out and about in the area around Gazin might find themselves drawn to his fire (and the meat roasting over it), or perhaps someone might stumble upon man, horse, and fire purely by accident. However it is that he's found, come along and make yourself welcome.

[Oh Wyvern, What Big wings You Have]

He starts out again early the next morning, with no particular goal in mind. He's cautious, because he has heard about various creatures living in the area, but as it happens, he's not cautious enough. He's just packing up after taking a midday break to stretch his legs and allow both himself and the horse a chance to eat something when he looks up and finds himself face-to-face with a wyvern. It's a smaller one, by his guess not fully grown, which could mean that it's less of a threat but also means that its mother could be around somewhere, and running across her is a scenario he'd rather avoid.

He draws his sword, quietly, and grips it in his right hand. Then, for reasons he doesn't fully know, he extends his left hand in the direction of the wyvern, which is simply standing watching him.

There they stand, neither making a move, at a seeming impasse.

[Road]

He is a quiet, generally patient man who likes to keep to himself. However since he is not alone in this world and since he is genuinely curious about everything, Zichen leaves the home he shares with Xiao Xingchen and Xue Yang early one morning. Setting his feet on a path that will take him through the town's center, he walks at an easy pace, expression neutral.

Should he encounter anyone on the road, he will pause and bow before addressing them. Furthermore, should he spy any sign of trouble, he will draw Fuxue, his sword, and seek to intervene until the truth is discovered. He is a man who believes, fervently, in justice.

[Tavern]

The sound of voices and music will lure many to a tavern, however Zichen would much rather move in the opposite direction. He has to force himself to step into the establishment, his hands balled into tight fists at his sides. Avoiding contact with anyone - and even going so far as to not sit down unless he absolutely must - he looks around the place cautiously.

What sort of people inhabit Gazin? There is a light tug on his robe and he turns to find himself face to face with a woman. A...well-endowed...woman. Flushing darkly, he bows his head and focuses his eyes on his feet.

"I am only here to learn." he steps back to give her a proper bow, yet his luck has abandoned him. Someone chooses to walk behind him at that moment, knocking him forward. His head comes to rest, for a split second, against said woman's breasts. Zichen straightens immediately, flushing darker than ever.

But then he pales instead. He looks like he wants to flee; shock is all that holds him so stiffly in place.

It's hard to say whether Claire is happy to see him or if seeing his familiar face helps ground her, makes her remember that she's from somewhere and not endlessly floating between universes. Seeing him should make being homesick less intense and yet, home is a direct reminder of the days leading up to arriving at the settlement; the place where she was before here.

No matter how she was feeling, Claire instinctively moves closer, actually into his space and lets her eyes rove over his face as if he's a figment of the imagination or an imposter. He should be dead.

"Yeah," Claire sounds quiet, tears threatening in her eyes. "Funny how that keeps happening, too.

It had only been a couple of days since they set off from Kattegat to sail to the new land that Floki had found. He spent hours thinking about what it might look like and wishing the winds would favour them a little more so that the boat would go faster. Perhaps not knowing where he was going was why he ended up where he did, under a sign that bears a name that he has never seen before.

Due to the kindness of one stranger who had arrived in a similar fashion, Ubbe was able to get some kind of understanding regarding this new and unexpected journey he found himself in. This was no doubt the Gods doing and he had spent far too long questioning them. So, he decided to let things unravel as they were meant to, at whatever pace they were meant to unravel.

Luckily, he's a patient man.

Over the course of the first four days, Ubbe mostly watches. The town of Gazin reminds him slightly of Winchester, in Wessex. Though there are far more buildings and structures here that shame the small settlement in many ways. Still, Ubbe takes his time, stopping at the stables and market. He passes the apothecary before taking the dirt road past Gazin's gates and eventually ends up back at the inn.

It will take some time to get used to, but Ubbe craves new experiences and this is definitely one such situation. He only finds himself sorry that Torvi and his daughter could not be there, too.
